The Research Group in Social and Economic Complexity is based at the West University of Timisoara. It is a multidisciplinary research group which bring together specialists in economics, sociology and computer sciences.

As a research group, our main goal is to study the socio-economic phenomena using using computational social science methods.

This site is an information and networking vehicle run by our Research Group. It is helping us to establish a network of researchers, policymakers, civil society organisations and other stakeholders interested in using social simulation to study socio-economic phenomenon.
